The hotel is conveniently located near the tram stop, making transportation easy. One can easily explore the city and enjoy the nearby cafes and shops. the room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast had a good selection of food. the staff provided a complimentary tea and biscuit in the evening, which was a nice touch.
The staff's limited ability to communicate in English made it difficult to convey my needs and get the necessary information.

During my Easter weekend stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the delicious breakfast spread and the friendly staff who made the stay pleasant. the location of the hotel was very convenient as it was situated close to the city center and offered easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Best aspects: the breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was definitely a highlight of the stay. the hotel's proximity to local amenities made it easy to explore the city and all it had to offer. the free parking was another bonus that made the stay much more enjoyable.
One thing that could be improved was the language barrier between some of the staff members and guests. It made communication a bit difficult at times.

The hotel’s breakfast selection and the helpfulness of the employees were the best aspects of our stay. The breakfast spread was diverse and included various dishes, including local specialties. The hotel’s location was ideal as it was close to public transportation and key attractions. we appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable beds in our room.
Some of the staff’s limited English proficiency posed a challenge during our stay. While some employees had basic language skills, communication with others was difficult.

We had an enjoyable stay in this hotel. Clean rooms, good hotel facilities and free parking were great. Moreover, the hotel is located near the tram and the city center which allowed us to travel around easily. The breakfast was fantastic, with numerous food choices to choose from. Staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs.
Couldn't stay longer.
